The office of the Seniors’ Advocate is independent from any departments of the New Brunswick government.
The contribution of older adults to our Province is invaluable. They deserve to enjoy access to appropriate supports, the best active quality of life, and the ability to age with grace.
The Seniors’ Advocate strives to ensure that the rights of older adults and vulnerable adults are understood, promoted and protected.
This is achieved through individual and systemic advocacy, by promoting awareness and outreach activities and issuing recommendations to different departments and agencies of the government.
We want to Open doors for Older and Vulnerable Adults so their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
